We got a new (used) printer today. The owner installed and dialed everything in before he left. This is the go to place if you need a printer and toner. The lady who answers the phone is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this business.
Wow! Talk about fabulous customer service! This place is the best. I was having an issue with my printer that was printing very light to barely there. I looked for a place near me to troubleshoot the issue. I found Monster Digital and left a voice message. Within a few minutes I got a call back from Kunal. He walked me through the process to clean my printer heads to see if that could be a quick solution. Yes, indeed, that fixed my issue and I'm back to printing clearly. Thank you Kunal for taking time to call me and give me a viable solution to do on my own. You were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It's such a pleasure to have a company give such personalized quality customer service.
Always very polite and helpful. You can tell them the type of printer you have and they help you find the right fit. They don't refill the cartridges. They provide generic cartridges that match your printer. Also HALF THE PRICE! I pay about $6-$7 for cyan,magenta, & yellow. Black if I remember correctly is about $12. They last a while and I use them often for preschool packets and PTA projects. Also... they are located in the back of the shopping center. They're a little hidden if you're not familiar with the area.
Monster Digital is awesome! Kunal has helped me in the past with a new printer with upgraded color, b/w print and scan capabilities and has saved me a ton of money on ink. When I needed ink right away and I actually had it the next day at my doorstep.
It has helped me with being more efficient at my home office and increased my productivity.
These guys rock. I was getting killed with toner prices everywhere else and these guys got us hooked up with a new printer. He installed it and got it all dialed in. I don't much about this stuff and he took the time explaining everything. This is my new go to place for printer and toner.

I've been super happy with my leased Kyocera and the great service from Monster. Kunal is very helpful and available to assist. My supplies always arrive in advance of my needs and I've been very happy with the quality and speed of my printer.
